Privacy policy
This policy explains what VEO Studio by NCP (No-Code Pakistan), operated by Sajid Ali, collects when you use the website at veostudio.net and the VEO Studio desktop application for Windows (the “App”), and what we do with it. Short version: your prompts and media stay on your PC and with the services you connect, and we only keep what is needed to run your licence.
1. The website
- The website has no user accounts and no sign-in.
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on the site. [IF ANALYTICS ARE ADDED LATER, NAME THE TOOL HERE.]
- Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.
- The live counters on the home page show aggregate totals only (how many videos and images all users generated). No personal data is involved.
- Buttons that open WhatsApp, Google Drive, YouTube, Facebook or Skool take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
2. Buying a plan
Plans are bought over WhatsApp. We keep your WhatsApp number, the licence email you give us, the plan you bought, payment confirmation and the dates of activation and expiry. This is needed to activate, support and renew your licence and for our accounting.
3. The desktop app
Licence and usage counts
- When you sign in, the App sends your licence email and a device identifier to our licensing server so the licence can be bound to your PC and checked on later starts.
- To enforce plan quotas the App reports how many videos and images were generated, with a timestamp and the workflow used. It does not send the videos, images or prompts themselves.
- Detailed usage rows are kept for 7 days and then reduced to daily totals. Licence records are kept for the life of the licence and as long as accounting rules require.
Your prompts and media
- Prompts, scripts, reference images and generated videos are processed on your PC and saved to the output folder you choose.
- Generation happens through the third-party services you connect with your own accounts or keys, such as Google VEO and Google Labs, Gemini, and stock footage providers. Data you send there is governed by their policies.
- Nothing you generate is uploaded to us.
Google Drive
- Google Drive upload is optional. You connect it by signing in with your own Google account in your browser.
- The permission we request is limited to files VEO Studio creates. We cannot see or change other files in your Drive.
- The Google refresh token is stored on your PC, encrypted with Windows data protection. It is never sent to our servers. Disconnecting in the App removes it.
- The Facebook Uploader is optional. You provide a Page access token through Meta’s developer tools.
- The token is stored on your PC, encrypted, and used only to publish the videos you assign to the Pages you select. It is never sent to our servers.
Error reports
If you choose to send an error report from the App, it includes diagnostic logs from your PC (App version, Windows version, recent log lines, and the error). We use it only to fix the problem.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share your data with anyone except the hosting providers that run our licensing server, and authorities when the law requires it.
- We do not use your prompts or media to train anything.
5. Security
Connections between the App, the website and our server use HTTPS. Tokens for Google Drive and Facebook are encrypted on your device. Access to our licensing server is restricted to the operator.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about your licence, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your licence data once the plan has ended. Message us on WhatsApp from the number you bought with.
7. Age
The App and website are for adults. Do not buy a plan or use the App if you are under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top changes when we do.
